I assume it's already been discussed but I have always wondered.
Why can we export as much coal as countries are willing to buy and burn for cheap electricity yet we are not allowed to do it ourselves?
Why can China and India build hundreds of coal fired power stations yet we are are not allowed to have just one?
Why does the government punish ordinary Australian households with ever increasing power prices and tells us its to save the earth and climate change yet profits from letting anyone else burn it?
Why does the media and ABC never seem to touch on this subject?
