Correction I have held CER and still do. CER is 51% owned by CNP. No problems with 50%. The problem comes at 90%. The directors, whoever they may be are legally obliged to conduct the business for the benefit of ALL shareholders. I'll hold for a bit longer yet and hope enough others do the same to keep more than 10% out of AWE hands.
