left of field idea from rizzla and not without merit. thing is OPEC tried the quota system to keep supply restrained and force prices up. But everyone bar Saudi cheated. Now the Saudis have had a gutfull and are pumping like no tomorrow. As price falls the other oil producers are doing the same. it's a race to the bottom. Re DLS. At least they hedged... amassive help to bottom line. But to shut down and wait for POO to soar above $80 might be yrs. But i get yr drift re giving the stuff away.
