You know for all the merger talk. Neither dls or bpt seem that Bullish in regards to a merger. It's probably pretty hard to value both companies and agreeing on a price might take a while and or be impossible if the two boards can't find middle ground.
Has not been talked about here but bpts plan to rollback overseas operations could be to "purify" their portfolio.
