As DLS has no MD, its the easiest to remove, no friction.... BPT has to be the buyer, its script is much more defensive and as such can weather a script deal, also it will instantly be a value add merger/TO which would most likely support the SP. SXY... for now, with ID at the helm, nothing will happen. BPT would have little interest in it except perhaps, to buy some cheap acreage of it. I see no benefit to BPT to T/O SXY.

As for a 3 way merger. Simply too complicated, OGCs MD recently mentioned that he would love to T/O a couple of companies, but because of all the red tape, its simply impossible, unlike in the U.S.
