    I agree with you, albeit I really don't know the mining path which is frustrating as I feel this deal is just so bad for all shareholders but am unable to credibly debate this due to my lack of knowledge. A pity the Media play was overlooked, there was a very real opportunity with Berkshire Hathaway which was simply thrown away. IMO.
