Upon searching Cyprus company's register there is no such company as Treasure Developments Limited, but there is such a company as Treasure Development Limited, first registered in 2003. Directors I do not know who they are. And TDL do not appear as exploration or mining company in Cyprus.

The SRK report details that some of the area is abandoned, and other parts are of low quality all on what was supplied to them by TDL.

There are some large mining companies in the area, so I ask the question WHY did they not take up these area's, and WHY has TDL not done anything for near on 10 years.

Shareholders are expected to vote on something that is not as transparent as it should be. We need to know who TDL are, the people behind it and more importantly an up to date major shareholder list for MOT. Millions of shares have changed hands over the last few months, where have they gone to.

One bad decision after another as is the case with this crew is NOT acceptable to rank and file shareholders. And with a 1 for 50 consolidation it will be the rank and file who are disadvantaged NOT the crew. This would have to be the worst deal ever seen.
