The option fee of $80 grand paid to Empire gave him the right to purchase ( personally ) the final 7 million FYI shares on Empire’s books at a minimum of 12c a share ...if the price girls over that before he pays up Empire will get 30% of any increased value...

Maybe I better look some more at what’s going on at FYI? Is that $840,000 worth of shares he has optioned go by when as I read it he already holds more than $11 million.
All of their announcements are also so much more professional it is hard to believe they are coming out of the same office .

If FYI is about to go boom and Empire about to go bust it is no hardship for Jessup and Sargeant to “move house” so to speak....
