Curiously one of the most recent Section 249d’s was actioned against ex director David Sproule of 55,000 oz project, Kin Mining, last February .
I say curious because there seems to be some parities between the companies

If you have been reading these threads you will remember him as making more money out of Empire than anyone else ...at least $3 million for his private company, Brimstone Resources (Version 1.)
