So to answer my question ‘how much did Brimstone pay to the shareholders for 40% of Penny’s Find?’
Seeing as no one else has offered their thoughts I thought I would continue with personal research....

Remember Brimstone paid this for a portion of the 40%!

Sadly - as it transpires from the next half year financials - the exciting announcement neglected to mention Team B ‘handed over the money’ along with a rather large accompanying bill to Empire for ‘Exploration and Evaluation’

So the real cost of 40% of Penny’s Find came down to whatever Barola paid LionGold plus around $31,000 to Empire shareholders.
