To reinforce this view I just took a look at some relevant information from the Silver Lake Resources half year financials
“- Gold sales of 68,704 ounces at A$1,662/oz(H1FY17:64,416ouncesatA$1,661/oz)
Profit after tax of $2.13 million(H1FY17:$8.26million)”
- that 56,ooo ounces is not even six months worth of work and potential profit - if comparable - simply not worth the effort .
