Curiously and even unwillingly @Niterider ’s recent posts in injunction thread have just kindled my interest in what Empire management is currently doing elsewhere
The company has a long ..and, for the directors, apparently profitable relationship with FYI Resources:

@GC837986  it seems at the time you thought it was a bit strange that our directors did not know FYI was about to go up in price.
..especially strange given that they seem to be the same people!
Maybe they did pick it  and did collect their bonus after all ...
I feel it is entirely possible they simply did not care about Empire shareholders

Here’s the gist of tge  comment from Feb ...:
“They sold 5m shares for 8 cents = $400k
