I think Mandara won’t want to pay the 18% interest accrued to the Brimstone account but why should they not pay the capital ? They will wish to instill trust in the shareholders that a new order is in place.
...and printing some new shares? that would seem logical to me if I was in their place - no matter who the board is made up of .
The outcome of the Burbank’s issue does nit seem very certain to me once thecBurbank side of the story is factored in .
