an ASIC search is all that's needed to show directors of Brimstone.
The way I look at it is quite simple, ERL stock price was nearly 4c when the Penny's venture got underway in late 2016 now the stock is at 1.4c AND they have done 1 or 2 capital raisings and are the 60% manager of the Penny's JV which was a $30 odd million dollar project with the only party making money being the financiers!
