Just to clarify it seems 7 major holders at least may have a McDonald connection and possibly   a connection to the ASIC-banned Peter Lachlan  McDonald (who may in no way be associated with Empire in which case the name connections to the Peter referred to in this notice https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/medi...-asic-permanently-bans-perth-finance-brokers/are pure coincidence ...it is a common name!  
If there is no connection I apologise in advance for being a suspicious witch hunter..
