Interesting Mandara Capital is one of the major holders doing this ...remember 2014 when Empire raised capital so it could JV with Mandara Resources to go and hunt African metals ....except they didn’t ..they just bought Brimstone back from Liongold then Empire quickly sold out of the JV

This -so far - seems like an inside job to remove all of the managers from any responsibility to shareholders. I hope I am wrong
