Just to be clear - he reported as chairman in the annual report 2009 https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-annual-report-to-shareholders.1015164/#.XBEXDYo_Xmo and then seemed to disappear without any notice . ( as far as I can see)
There was simply an announcement in December Tom Revy was to be the new Chairman https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-new-chairman.1065921/#.XBEXkoo_Xmo.
I don’t know why he left but it was possibly a good idea given what transpired ...
Meanwhile the new Empire seems to be a completely different entity to the old one .
I was just curious about his name popping up twice today and remembered there was history here ,
