I'm pretty confused by these posts about the potential European regulatory risk. Breakage has been regulated in Europe for several years. A review of breakage was part of EMD2, which was implemented in most Member Staes in 2011 -- for example May 2011 in the UK. The position (as relates to breakage and a few other aspects of EML's products in Europe) was again clarified in PSD2 2 or 3 years ago. So I don't get it. Where's the risk?
