I bought into MXL limited in 2004, they were developing school based software for student management, a programmer friend recommended them to me as what they were doing was better than his and from memory they apparently had Microsoft backing.
Jul-2008 – Name changed to Entellec Solutions Limited (ESN)
Dec-2010 – Mooter Media (MMZ) takes over Entellec Solutions Limited (ESN)
Now hold Mooter Media (MMZ) shares only, lucky us got MMZ shares for our ESN.
Feb-2011 Mooter Media do a Distribution in Specie and return a very limited number of ESN shares to all the original holders. I really never knew why.
Mar-2011 name changed to Entellec Limited (ESN)
I put both of these in the bottom draw, checking up on them occasionally and supporting cap. raisings along the way to average down a bit.
Mid 2013 - Bailed on both MMZ and ESN
Mooter Media’s savour was to be Shutter Bug Millionaire, this ended in tears.
Dec-2013 - The B… show sparked my interest in ESN
Totally forgot about eMinerva until today when looking at UXC and found this –

So I was curious as to how, when, where and why uxc eclipse ended up with eMinerva, my original reason for buying MXL the future ESN
Who sold it?
