Hi andyk_79, thanks for your input it’s appreciated. The spread sheet I did calculates the amount of shares a note holder would get at different conversion prices, say 00.0024c thru 00.005c. It then calculates the profit on these quantities based on a conversion price of 80% of a 10 day VWAP of 00.003c = 00.024c per share as the SP increases in increments of 00.001c it then compares this to a conversion at 00.005c each.
Eg. #1 - @ 00.0024c per share you get over twice as many shares as you would at 00.005c hence over twice the profit with an SP of 00.01c
Eg. #2 – @ 00.001c per share you get 5 times as many shares as you would at 00.005c hence 5 times the profit with an SP of 00.01c
It is simple maths. The sheet is to messy to post.
A possible reason for keeping the SP below 00.005c, your guess is as good as mine.

The gist of this thread, it’s probably now a history lesson/chance for us to learn something, it started because I did not know how UXC got eMinerva (which was meant to be MXL/ESN’s saviour) remember I did not know about UXC until yesterday.
Some posts are just talk between posters, some may appear as riddles, which will make sense as you learn more about the inter twined web, I did not get cahunas post about indicators (a bit to cryptic for me)

MXL Limited did not go broke.

MXL Consolidated DID fall over, found that from your link. Check the name in your link.

MXL Limited DID turn into Entellec Solutions which turned into Entellec Limited

As I said previously ESN and MMZ were put in the bottom draw, did not know of UXC until yesterday and didn’t care.

There is nothing wrong with my time line it is straight of my holding certs.

Where the thread is at now -
Look at the following and I am NOT suggesting there is anything dodgey here.

It's worth looking at the names of some of these companies *X* and who works or has worked where.

Very curious and that is all it is, to see if this all ties together now?
Also I am not trying to end the ESN party as some would believe.
