- MXL was a wholly owned sub of Entellect Solutions
- MXL went bust in 2010 and was liquidated
- UXC Eclipse was a JV partner in eMinerva
- UXC Eclipse appears to have acquired MXL's stake in eMinerva as part of the liquidation firesale (Trademark assigned June 2010)
