Hi Tukebay,
I've just got one issue with regards to EMH that I can't get past; how do EMH secure funding with a 50:50 JV structure in from what I can see CXB has the management control?
It's particularly hard to make qualified comments as the company has been very scant in terms of information released in relation to the actual JV agreement.
