Yes your probably right. They have to hold some of the stock given the market cap and their knowledge about the deal announced. I still don't get this story though but seem to be in the minority given where price is and fact they just raised that level of money at 21 cents. But suppose won't be first time things get hidden in the deal headlines and it's only later when it comes home to roost. Remember the child care roll ups a few years back. Buying earnings at any price and paying for it with peoples new money at inflated values.
