I wouldn't be surprised if its the brokers just dressing up the SP atm for the retail SPP. In the short term, I fully expect the SP to fall (to high teens) after the retain offer closes. The utilisation rates won't move overnight and we need to see the contracts roll over before any tangible performance comes thru.
