    re: going down to 40c At 81.5c for EME , JRL's EME holding + cash in bank must be pretty close to JRL's total market cap ... market is saying either

    a. EME stake is not worth 81.5c
    b. All JRL's other assets are basically worthless !!

    Very cheap buying at 47c if you believe EME's long term future. Will double up if we drop to below 45c
