RB In my opinion, I think it is abundantly clear why EMC sold to CCE; they have evidently been trading very close to the line of insolvency for some time.
It was mutually beneficial for both. CCE needed diversification as the wave component is a long term game with no fill in between. EMC needed a lifeline as it was close to going under (or was under).
I think these financials speak volumes which no one could dispute or question. It also aligns to industry insights about EMC not paying OEM's and contractors on time. This then ties in with never delivering projects on time.
I had a further review again last night of the financials, it is very clear that the hyperbole marketing and gloss do not correlate to the cold, hard facts.
Things do not add up!
