If they can show cashflows indicating that the business is making $1.5-$2m per annum and do another deal overseas, this will be an amazing buying opportunity. Its still a business with great recurring revenues, but one that needs to be managed better. Time will tell but I am not selling at these levels.

"Do another deal overseas" ?? It hasn't done any deal overseas. Look back at all the ramping the Management
have done in released reports and on their website. If they keep on ramping and happen to get audited and the audits find they are nowhere near final deals with overseas providers, they could find themselves taken to court
and hit with a "please explain" from the ASX. A court case would potentially send them broke.
All in my opinion.
