IMO, I believe "advanced" to mean negotiating and/or waiting on sign off on final terms for on the contract, whereas ongoing to mean still in mid-level discussion on terms and feasibility.

Some large metro networks that I believe are amenable and could be targets in Asia include Singapore, KL, Manila, Jakarta, Delhi, Shanghai (and a few others in China), whilst I recall they toted Seoul in a preso a while back. In the US, the company had mentioned NYC, whilst DC, Boston, Phili, Chi-town and maybe Atlanta have scale to support good economics on a rollout. After NYC, these other generates $10ms each in ad revenue from largely static offerings so are ripe for some digital.
