TGS is coming good for me after almost 3 years, and I expect KEY will also in time.
I just hope they have better selection criteria for the next recipients of shares, and don't fall all over themselves for the cash again.
Imagine... I was buying on market like a fool at 14-16c and offered to take up some of the remaining placement, only to be ignored for a few days and to have management pick the sophs they did followed by a good SP smashing.

If they want to get S/H onside again, they should consider a pro-rata options issue at say 20c for 0.5c ea and best to do this PRIOR to further dilution.
However, best to think carefully about future earnings first, as we don't want a bundle of options floating around with a too-low exercise price on them as it will just end up holding the SP back long term.
If priced correctly and over a short time frame, it can provide further capital for exploration to the company as required for future drills in say 1 or 2 years time.
I have a serious doubt about the approach this company takes to shares/options issues due to experience with KEY and formerly with GAU.
