I got a response that I'm happy with but the conspiracy part of my brain never did develop to the hyper-extent that others have been blessed with. Not once have I posted a comment on any climategate threads.

Main crux is KEY are abiding by the JV agreements which AEX should be bound to as well. KEY will only make announcements when they have written confirmation from TPDC (Tz Petrol. Dev. Corp.)JV and TPDC negotiations continue...

There is more to the email but, I believe that representatives of companies should at least expect that their private written communications aren't posted in a public domain verbatim.

So KEY is playing by the rules, and everyone knows that they aren't salesmen and only announce when i's and t's are dotted and crossed respectively.

Hopefully AEX's cryptic descriptions and reading between the lines is not too far from reality.

These things take time, like everything else worthwhile in the resource game, unfortunately. Always to the frustration of shareholders, forum-wide. At least as much BS is not on my stocks as there is on CDU. Wouldn't like to answer phones in that office.
