You have read it exactly the way i have read it. We know from experience with KEY that they are very precise in their communication (when it happens). The removal of "1st quarter" from the Dec 9 announcement is very significant IMO......very happy to be proven wrong.

In one way, it could be a blessing if it was delayed as it might remove the need to raise working capital IMO. As we know KEY only has 3 months from the AGM meeting to raise capital without seeking further shareholder approval.
