Ok guys, this is the list so far from HC and other investment circles. Its been narrowed down to these, as most duplicates were taken out. He will probably send it to Gino today, so if there is anything else you would like to add, please do so today.

Column 1

1 1-On the Notice of General meeting dated 13/08/2018, under Future capital raise, it indicated 400m shares and options. The figures in this section does not reflect the requested amount of funds that MLS require. Can you please provide more information on this?

2. It indicated on the public database that samples of Lac Rainy were presented to Weihai Nanhai Carbon in February. What is the delay in feedback from our business partner?

3. Would like more information on how you intend to proceed following drilling program in Lac Rainy ? This is in relation to the MOU, will you be seeking to get geared straight for production and how much is the JV business partner going to contribute as part of the MOU ?

4. Can u ask Gino why he is not on twitter, sharing pics and updating info on what's going on?Take a leaf out of what Jason brewer is doing if he wants to be proactive and actually make this company great.

5. We have 400m Options and heads voted for at the upcoming gm, is that going to be enough for the expanded drill program or are we going to have another two incoming cr within this year?

6. I would like to know why they are going to throw more money at Manindi, when I (and I am sure others) feel that the returns are greater if spent on Lac Rainey.What about selling Manindi and using the extra money for Lac Rainey?
7. Why are we not doing any marketing, especially in places like twitter and many other social media and investment sights? Isn’t it important to build a strong presence in the market, resulting in increased share price value? If Gino doesn’t have the time, why not hire outside advisors like Jason Brewer or David Gillam etc?

8. No mate I don’t have any questions for them, but I do have something to say and I hope they take it on board. We have something very special at Lac Rainey(if it’s even real) and in my opinion, all there has been from Gino and management, is well written fluff announcements to keep us shareholders happy, whilst we are being stalled or milked, I’m not sure which one. If this Lac Rainey is infact real, why has Gino not been marketing this project all over social media, just like many other directors and advisors do. Or are we trying to keep the share price low, for mates rates? Anyhow what Gino and MLS management need to remember, is that this is OUR money they are getting paid and working with. It’s not very hard to get rid of all management, take a look at what just happened at BKP and 1620 Capital .
Sorry Paul I know that you were expecting a friendly question for Gino, but this is how myself and many other shareholders feel and I hope you do infact add this to your list.

I would like to add :

-We have enough cash up to Phase II , only need cash for Expanded Drilling onward .
The results of Phase II are expected in late November 2018 as annouced, if success results of Phase I + Phase II come out then Expanded Drilling .
Good results may see SP move up . CR at that time frame may get 0.5c -0.6c even higher .
Would BOD manage to do CR at that time frame? After Ann. Phase I + II results.
