I understand all the above postings and I certainly would also love to know what the funds will be used for. Will be interested to see if TME gets a response to his questions. However just for the sake of a balanced arguement, maybe its one of those situations where management at this point in time are unable to disclose what the funds will be used for.

No doubt management are busily working behind the scenes on a number of deals and this preapproval will give them the flexability to move on something quickly once something is firmed up.

I guess it comes down to whether you trust management or not. Probably a redundant arguement anyway. Management know their tightly held share register well and in all likelihood will get the resolution accross the line in any case.
