I'm tipping that news will be forthcoming in terms of what the additional funds will be for. As mentioned by everyone on the forum, it does not make sense to provide management with a blank cheque with no explanation at the expense of diluting our holding.

This is all in my own opinion of cause as I have no information which leads me to say that an explanation is coming.

If there is anything we know about KEY management, we know that they do not inundate us with announcements. But they must have a reason for the funds and will know that it won't get ratified without a strategy provided. All will come prior to the vote in my opinion.
