I emailed Andrew and Carl on the 12th of May and recieved a reply tonight. I must add i was frustrated at the time of writing email and I also apologise for any spelling mistakes.

    The following is my email;

    Dear Andrew and Carl,

I hope all is well. I would just like to voice my concern and disappointment with mangments decisions and i also have a few questions.

Firstly I will start with the lack of information regarding drilling, for example a specific start date dd/mm/yy, drilling contracts and even if there have been anymore delays due to wheather? GNI is a speculative stock and due to its nature we should see some share price movement based on that speculation alone as we become increasingly closer to drilling. However with a lack of information we continue to see a negative response in the share price.

My concern is the announcements that have been released have not portrayed the full potential of this stock and could be better well written with far more detail.
I was also concerned with the quarterly which had specific dates regarding future timeframes which had already past so obviously it had been written sometime prior and should have been update not because it changes the facts but people?s perception on how the company is being managed which in some cases can be very beneficial to the share price and the view of share holders.

Furthermore I have discussed with you some time ago via email my concern with management and their association with other companies it would seem that the majority of company's run by the GNI management have not had much success and are all including GNI not very profitable long term, I wonder when the board expects to have some success with any of their companies that will have some effect to the long term of that company.

As I discuss the management team and research into GNI it would seem that I am not the only one who has a lot of concerns with management as it is a frequent occurrence to find people of similar views to the point where people are prepared to avoid purchasing GNI shares because of the managerial teams past performances, however I am of the belief that GNI does have the potential to break new ground and with it take the management team to new success.
I hope that management are able to bring some success to this company because as a shareholder I don?t believe many shareholders will continue to hold on if there any further failures.

I would also like to make a suggestion regarding GNI's website that it be updated and modernised, again I refer to the idea of perception and its influences. My view of the website is that it is very outdated in both design and quality. Also i would recommened a daily drilling update which included known drilling depths and any other information from that day during the drilling period.

I continue to hold GNI as I have done for some time now and look forward to the coming weeks however as I mentioned I am like many others becoming disgruntled.

I appreciate your time and thank you in advance.

    Kind regards

    Dear Michael,

    I hope you are well.

We are currently working on the website re updating it, however, I think daily drilling updates would be excessive unless you can show other examples of companies similar to us doing this.

The management team at GNI put the ground together and this has taken four years. It would have been nice to move it quicker but this has not been possible. The company has secured substantial international financing so it is clear that GNI is perceived well in the marketplace. The management team at GNI has been associated with many other companies, many of which have been very successful, however, GNI?s exploration only long-term strategy has counted against us and as such we have been looking for a more brownfields asset. That being said, GNI?s impressive performance in aggregating the Jutson Rocks and Mt Venn greenstone belts has outstanding potential and I very much look forward to commencing the drill program.

There is currently nothing to update the market, however, I can assure you that we will at the first opportunity. I will pass your concerns on.

    Very best regards,

    Andrew
