I had a few back and forth emails with Mark.
He seems genuine as much as one can tell from an email.
He doesn't get paid an infinite amount. His purchases are in small batches which is fine.
There were several things I took from the email.
1. In a previous thread- people making rash unfounded statements as is common in HC.
2. He is personally committing himself to hitting targets which risks his personal reputation.
I have to say that I'm impressed he has straight away started running the business as a business. Cost control; stopping unprofitable projects; chasing new large customers in their target market (is boeing).
It's never overnight. It's a journey. But I think we have the right leader.
