the pratice of short-selling is fine but bullying the stock price is plain market manipulation. When ever BOA and to some extent others, becomes a substantial, I see this happen alot. You can tell when the sell side becomes stacked for no fundamental reason.
From the ceasing to substantial notice, I believe BOA is out of the stock with only a small holding left or being borrowed.
