Merchant is not in the business of running companies. They invest. Also, Canaccord will not make an offer to purchase shares if it was not going to re-list.
HAPA has good potential to grow but it will need investment funds to help it along the way. Listing on the TSX will provide it with the funds to grow.
Unless someone can make an offer to buy us out now, it will be unlikely that Merchant will want to keep it private. Just my opinion.
