It is obvious that most of our patience has been solely tested so I decided to try and contact the company direct.
I have to say that in the past I have not even recieved a reply to my enquiries, but interestingly enough this time I was contacted direct by not one, but two company representatives!
The first was Gerri Paxton, Investor Relations Manager, and then I was contacted by Greg Germon, General mAnager (IR).
They both naturally explained that there was a degree of confidentiallity at such a sensitive time and neither could obviously convey information that will be directly released to ASX.
They were very understanding and apologetic and appreciated the concern and patience of all investors but assured us that it would be worth the wait.
They both confirmed that they were looking forward to the final results, which were indeed hoped to be concluded in the first quarter, but explained that whilst Cerro had completed thier side, the final touches were in the hands of 3rd parties and that they naturally could not sign off internally.
What they did say is that the DFS has significantly advanced and that the final information would be released to the market SHORTLY.
They explained the very significant importance as a milestone for CJO and that they looked forward to moving the project rapidly forward through development stage into full production.
Greg German, said that at this time, being so sensitive, the management were effectively "in a blackout period".
DJOR. - I might suggest to all of the faithful that the SP is looking ridiculously low and having waited this long we can only hope that investors will be richly rewarded.
If we forget the past and look only at the management statements, it might be the only chance to be in a firm position to benefit.
