I emailed Andrew late last November with a few queries (which I sent to him 3 times and finally received a reply 3 weeks later), one being that Proto would soon run out of money and how did he intend to raise capital, his answer was "Proto is recovering amounts owed to it, we are not looking to raise large sums of capital as we are keen to keep our issued capital down." To offer these options has the potential to dilute the shares by 50%. There are only 2 ways to look at this, either he has just come up with this plan or he just told me a little fib.
