Treehouse raises a good point about the mfc and bsm link, but it's not just that proto is a major shareholder of mfc, it's that mfc is a joint venture partner that needs to come up with 30 million as part of the funding for barnes hill. Also their cash is low, they are only just covering the next quarters expenses.
