There is no way in the agenda items they would just list : For adoption. Otherwise the process means it is approved.

I believe this is a final to review any outstanding issues/ items for discussion. If no-one had any issues with it, I assume it would be adopted and the approval given. If any issues are raised , they would have to be deemed valid by the committee and for further clarification. I think this may then delay the process. If this happens it may give me an opportunity to buy more.

If all the questions raised initially have been answered in full and to their satisfaction, I don't think they would be likely to raise any new issues. Lets hope the approval is given!
