The language is so ambiguous, but it seems to indicate to me another hurdle before full approval, several of the other devices listed are noted as being an "opinion" for adoption which to me looks like a more formal ratification. Those at an earlier stage are noted as questions listed for adoption as we were in Jan. We seem to be somewhere in between
