Good point Atherton Lady. It seems to me that BSI should have been aware of this and advised us accordingly when our application was diverted to the EMA. If indeed we had sought scientific advice from the EMA we may have had the CE Mark over a year ago. That raises another question for the directors and management - are they just going to let this slide or take issue with BSI for not recommending this option from the beginning.
