You want to finance the project with 10 Billion new Shares?
You want to finance the project with an JV an give away 90% ?
Or you want to sell the project with an NPV of 990 Mio for 100 Mio Dollar?

I can not see any strategy, same like “The project is good, so we have taken the decision to get our heads down and let it speak for itself,”
The only strategy i see in the last 15 month is, that you have an high cash burn rate, make your pockets full of salary and shares, and talking bullshit about shareholder value.
