yeah that was me that threw out the the $1 per test in jest, at the roadshow, and later reported in comments on HC.It was laughed off by ADO, and for good reason, as brick says based on the cost of the test.
But what if the cost was $20. And AnteoBind is key, as noted by claim #1 in the patent.
Wouldn't maybe 10c or 20c come close to what it is worth ?
I don't think it will be much, but if there is a 1,000,000 tests done a day in the fullness of time, whats to say 10c a test at a million a day across all the hospitals in the world, ok alot of them, that is $36,500,000 per year.
100 tests per hospital x 10,000 hospitals/clinics is a million tests a day.
More like 50 tests at 5,000 hospitals. 250,000 tests at 10c = $9,125,000
How about 20 tests a 2,000 hospitals. 40,000 tests at 10c = $1,460,000
How about 20 tests a 500 hospitals. 10,000 tests at 10c = $365,000
How about 20 tests a 500 hospitals. 10,000 tests at 11c = $401,500
I think the unit price is very important. Every cent counts.
