Ellume, partner or not?, page-11

As much as I wish Ellume would credit ADO if they are involved, why would they?  If I had a novel product with global interest, why would I shout from the rooftops what's making it work or how it's engineered?  That doesn't really make sense to me.

Conversely, if ADO doesn't have any restriction on communicating our involvement, we SHOULD be shouting it from every surface we can plant our feet on.  As that isn't currently happening, I assume one of two scenarios: 

1.  We aren't a part of this deal or product in any form and therefor have nothing to be communicating

2.  WE are bound by confidentiality and can't communicate our involvement (this may be a staged situation and we just haven't reached a stage where we can actually say anything about our involvement).

I want to believe it's the second of the two, but simply don't know at this stage...

All IMHO, FWIW, DYOR, HDMD, blah blah blah....
