    Well, it seems to the same ole never ending story at ELK.

    Always chasing the next project or the pot of gold at the end of the "ELK RAINBOW" instead of focusing on the primary objective when the company was founded.

    Hereford is a perfect example.

    Niobrara share (Remember that hype and junk story?)

    Ash Creek is another.

    All those and the endless studies and reports and they all ended up being nothing but wasted money.

    DNR has ELK literally over a barrel and it is ELK's own fault. For example, no wonder DNR doesn't want to use the ELK pipeline. Sign up to use it and it immediately gives value to the pipeline and a lifeline to ELK. Decline the use and the value is reduced by 65% or more and ELK is stuck with an property that basically has no value.

    IMO DNR will end up getting the entire project, the pipeline, and everything else with shareholders getting nothing.

    Just wait for the next change to the project and another delay to cut the antlers off ELK.
