Not sure what you are saying bignote re pipeline. Denbury already had the opportunity to buy it for $8 mil and didn't.
Doesn't the $18 mil debt to Denbury offset against Grieve's value. They still owe $18mil. Also another 1.25 mill owed as per Jan announcement. Every day the debt to Denbury gets bigger and the value of Grieve to ELK is less.
It appears DJ Carmichael are heavily exposed to ELK. It would be better to get an independent report of the value of Elk's prospects. Watch out for an interim cap raise while they finalise the sale of Wyoming assets (which probably never happen). They couldn't sell the pipeline and are unlikely to sell Grieve. ELK failed to raise capital a couple of months ago. Nothing has changed.
