Interesting stuff , obviously conservative reserve based , can you guesstimate a price high and low for years 1-7 . My holding is bottom draw stuff , my analysis roughly similar although I hadn't thought to much about post production costs and my production rate assumptions are much earlier than yours , so I had it cash flow positive in year 4
